Founding Story

Ledax was founded by Shilpi Srivastava and Chinmay Srivastava with a clear purpose: to flip the "legal slows business down" dynamic that too many organisations experience. Having advised businesses across industries, they saw first-hand how poor legal structuring and reactive counsel created drag — not protection.
